Have just moved here. Has any one got some good recommendations for a mechanic to service and sort out my Surf before the MOT is due?

Your best bet is to go to TonyN in Basingstoke.He is great with these trucks and won't rip you off

Go out on the 127 towards Southend, after you pass the M25, look out for an Esso garage, just past that on the left is a sign for Childerditch industrial estate.
Go up there, Hearn brothers I think it's called.
He's reasonable and does MOT's.
