Mobile Phone repair needed

Anyone on here fix mobile phones for beer tokens?

I have a N97 mini. Phone works and has no sign of damage.
I didn't drop it or soak it however, the screen now just has colour flashes and does not display the icons.

it's possibly the ribbon that supplies the screen mate, they do break try ebay or somewhere similar and see if a repair ribbon is available.

lol there is a standing joke about the year I finished an off road buggy the night before the May weekend. As I showed off my creation to Albannach he asked is that supposed to be on fire. 6 wires on the whole truck and I had every earth live.

My fat fingers lack of leccy know how and the inner workings of a mobile are never going to work.

Andy still has a stereo repair promise which is now outstanding for 2yrs.

I had a Nokia N97 as well (upgraded to shiny N9 now) my N97 did a similar thing ages ago, take it into your local nokia store or cellphone shop for them to send to local nokia and they can fix it for you. Wasn't to expensive either.
Can try replacing the cable your self but rather fiddly we buggers and nokias cost wasn't much more than the part anyway

i think nokia have a 2 year warrenty,

if not do as kiwi surfer reckons, its probably a 2 week turn around time....
