Am I being daft??

I can't find out anything about changing the oil, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter on my 3rd Gen 3.0 TD with the search menu...?

All I need to know is:

1. How much oil do I need to do an oil change?
2. What is the best oil to use?
3. What filters to use? Genuine or aftermarket?
4. How to find this sort of thing using the search box?

I'm sure all this has been asked before, but I'll be dammed if I can find it!

2 - Any semi synthetic
3 - Genuine oil filter, any air filter.
