Surely it wasn't just the suggestion that a 2.4L could do 70?

no need to comment - just realised it was in the technical area, and technically speaking it wasn't specific enough.

It's OK those of us that suffered a 2.4 for many years, know that they will do 70. Mine even used to get to 85 (down hill with the fuel gauge visably dropping). I thought that was quite good until I found out how much my speedo over read.
