  • Was put on the spot today!!!

To cut a long story short i sold my caravan today & got what i wanted for it.

As the guy was leaving he asked me what i tow it with so i told him it was a surf, "thinking he knew nothing about them" so he asked to have a look at it ,so i pulled it out of the garage & he said "oh ye 3LT 3rd gen".

He took one look at it & said i'll give you £4000 cash for it as he was looking for something big to pull the caravan, i didn't know what to say as he put me on the spot so i told him i'd think about it.

You should have bitten his hand off!

That money(ish) plus a broken 3rd gen (busted engine) and you could have a Lexurf .

I've been looking on the trader & TBH nothing catches my eye, the surf just does everything I want & more & judging by the weather forecast for the coming weeks she will be of worth her weight in gold.

Still a tough one though, definetly worth thinking about.
            Still on a mission.

If we are it'll be no more than an inch. You know what the media are like, sensationalising the most trivial things.

Does'nt seem a lot for Garys truck, considering all the mods he's done.

Leather interior, extra coolers, Dakota dash and all the work on the diffs
too, not to mention the V8.

Definatley a bargain to be had by someone, a few months back I would
                            have bitten his hand off.
