As others have said - Not many people buy Surfs for their aerodynamics and MPG!

Perhaps you'd prefer it with an F1 style front wing?

I did fit a 3" A bar to my first Surf but quickly decided I liked the flat clean look. I also like the under slung spare.

Now if you go the the winch bumper or tube bumper route then a stinger can look good as well as being functional on the lanes.

This is the one I fitted then quickly removed and sold to a fella everyone knew as Dorkdesigns.

I think with the change in the law you will only find them second hand now.

almost in ANSWER to your question...!

One thing to remember, don't run 4WD on tarmac.

from personal experience:
Don't rag the sh!t out of it up hill unless you want the head to pop!
Don't drive through a DEEP ford and let the water go over the bonnet....

Me to, out of choice underneath spare and clean front end, tis why I went for the plain Warn winch bumper with no bars.
