Tony, could you by any chance squeeze my Surf in for the once over and possibly any work if it does need anything doing before the end of the month? I would just like someone to give the okay on the steering as I'm handing the car to my mum as a daily driver (although she doesn't drive that much anyway).

I understand you are always busy so no problem if not. However I'm not sure anyone else would know what / where to look? I've given the truck to my mechanic a few times and he cannot see anything wrong. This may mean there isn't anything wrong - I don't know!

So thought I would also let the forum know the reason for the above is I will / am moving to Australia for an extended period (which is also why I have not spent any more money on the Surf recently! I have a years working visa and some contract jobs on the horizon but nothing solid yet so going to play it by ear. My current position have said they will keep my job open for me however I'm hoping Australia is a lot more relaxed than the centre of London.

I know very little about Australia. So going with a mate to Perth, then will likely move around.

Have been looking at motors A Dodge Ram in USA money is around $5000 to $10000 ish. In Aus money I see an Ebay ad for $45000
I did look at Surfs, silly money too!

I'll of course stay in touch and upload any videos of scuba diving, off roading etc etc

Hi Tony!
I live in Carshalton and work Monday to Friday. It's probably better to tell me when you can look at it, how long you need and I will book a day off work or something. If you want it left with you I can do this also but you probably don't want it cluttering up your yard.
