Yup, as long as its an EFI 2.4, not cable driven speedo.
Obvously no green turbo light if you fit a 3.0 dash in a 2.4, I've fitted a 2.4 dash to a 3.0 with no dramas.4x4toys.co.uk - Keeping you on and off the road... -

Bugger!!!!!
Just got the cluster from the breaker out of my garage and it has the poxy MPH electric converter/gizmo/box/thingy hanging off the back. So not a straight swap for mine then!!!!
