See I thought it was a golf aswell but It wouldn't make any sence because the guy says "just like a golf", that's why I asked.

All the cars in the advert are golfs I think when the salesman is showing the couple the car and then shuts the door and says sounds just like a golf. I'm sure that's a mk5 golf and the same golf being used on the track in the advert

The basic premiss of the advert is that all other cars are inferior to the Golf. Clearly for the advert to make sense all the cars featured up until the last shot are cars other than Golfs.
