Never heard of it till I just googled, personally I wouldn't even bother, waist of money.
If its not broke don't fix it.

The Yanks love using that shit. cleans the system up a treat.
They stick it in the tank and swear it cleans out all the condensation and dirt.
sometimes they suck it straight into the manifold.
I tried it and I'm sure it ate my 02 sensor.

I've been sticking a capful of two stroke oil with every fill up in my diesels lately.
          supposed to help with lubrication.

i have an issue where its sluggish as hell until its had a blow out tank drained and filter replaced (filter primed with redex)

its almost as either the fuel is waxing (don't think its been cold enough for that) or oil is sludgy but looks ok on the dipstick

ATF has also been dropped and filled a few times

            cheers

A friend of mine swears by 10k boost, treats his car every couple of years with it. ###### hilarious to watch as it dumps out masses of white smoke from the exhaust he has to treat it well away from any housing.

His car's done over 200k now and is over 20 years old.

Best thing for cleaning the combustion chambers IMO is nitrous oxide.

i can see "white" smoke in the cars headlights behind me under load

and black at startup (which i know is to be expected)

just concerned about the lack of power and smoke being something sinister

You do realise that diesel is basically oil, right?

When you put it like that, yep, it's stupid to add anything.
We have 2 types of diesel here D2 and Euro diesel, one is shit quality but quite a bit cheaper.
So, being a tight git, I stick the cheap stuff in and add 2 stroke oil to offset my conscience.
I also add a few litres of petrol when it gets cold.
