    I know its been asked before.... I'll ask again as theres a lot more new users.....

    Which manual ?

    Ellery or Haynes ? I know one was better than another for some bits and the other for another... so which is which guys ?

      the haynes manual dont cover the 2lte, you'll have to rely on us

        The Ellery manual only covers the 2LT but then who wants to mess with computers

        I would say get both but if it's gotta be just one then my vote goes to Ellery. By the way you can buy them direct from the publishers in Aus - can't remember the link but they've got a web site - it's where I got mine from.

          I agree with Roger, Ellery is the way to go for the 2.4. There is enough similarity between the 2L / 2LT / 3L / 2LTE to get most things from it.

                The Ellery manual arrived today... made use of it already to take the centre dash apart to get the Japanese radio out.

                An excellent buy...

                  here is a link top a free online manual for the 1KZ-TE motors , found it quite useful for my 2L-TE , the electronics and computer and pump stuff are 95% identical

                    I bought the Elery version from Amazon also via the Waterstones website. It arrived in one business day !

                            I bought one last nite on the amazon link earlier in this thread for £11.05 .
                            In Oz they want $50 upwards which is £22 !!!
                            Get one off the net in UK.
