You leave spannering alone in the cold. Goddam subframe on the KIA rubbish broke a mount. Gearbox caught between bell housing and block. Thankfully mrs Gwh heard me yelling and managed to get a jack under the frame...###### hurts mind.

The bugger was, I did it properly Mick. Jacked the car off the subframe, got spacers bolted in...and as I pulled the box through, the front n/s mounting point broke!
Caught my hand between bell housing and engine...it's properly swollen now.
