heated fuel filter

hi guys quick question I have a 91 2.4 auto

I'm looking at getting the fuel filter heater working there seems to be a relay missing from the fuse box, does any one have any more info on this? or a wiring diagram to wire up a manual override

thanks mate I did look but couldn't actually find a what wire goes where diagram (still looking) I'm looking at having the ability to manually override the the vac switch and possibly a power off delay circuit that fires the heater up if switched on at startup and automatically turns off after a certain time
