there was a programme on TV ages ago about numberplates..

one of the guys form the passats owner club was in it..

the guy who owns that place had N1GEL number plate on the yellow one and the guy in the film had N2GEL and was jealous.

the guy seemed a decent enough bloke, ok too much money - but if you can, then why not!!

Oh I've patted the dog, long before it became "lucky" though. That many people went round it after the rumour started it had a trench worn round it.
