Yep, me and my daughter were rubbing/patting the dog before it became "lucky"

Anyway;

01/10/11 First contact with Toyota UK.
20/10/11 Conformation that truck is can have work done.
11/11/11 Phoned Toyota dealer and truck is booked in for work on 23/11/11.
23/11/11 Took truck to RRG Toyota Rochdale, had Yaris courtesey car.
Phoned me at 2pm to puck up truck.
Washed and valleted, with a full check list completed and not even charged for the Yaris insurance. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Only thing that i need to do now is have a look under th truck to see what's been done.

You must live a charmed life. I contacted Toyota Months ago. I got a letter from Toyota GB about a month back telling me it was all to go through and if I heard nothing in the next month to contact my local dealer. I did this and they've fobbed me off saying they need authorisation. Fair point!
I'll give it another fortnight and then I think it's back on to Toyota GB

Got mine back a few weeks ago now, they collected the truck, did the work and dropped it back to me same day.

They even gave it a wash too!

I don't consider myself to be THAT stupid, and I thought the point of these forums was to HELP people, rather than 'grump' at anyone who hasn't been on the site since the beginning of time......
