In case any of you don't use the 'new posts' button, and always just log on the general chat forum, we have set up a new section covering greenlaning.
Its an effort to keep on top of the constantly changing state of lanes open to 4x4's and to help people not get in trouble or give the anti-4x4 lobby more ammo if you are inadvertly caught somewhere you shouldn't be.
Check it out, hopefully it will take off and be useful.

We are after people to cover their area, they need to have access to up to date lane status, so ideal need to be members or GLASS or other organisations that forward TRO's and the like. They also need to be responsable, over the top so, the responsibility to educate and pull up people who don't use Lanes with respect to the byway its self, or other users is high on the agenda.
I personally have always come down hard on people here who are driving where they shouldn't be, or even should be but without respect, but if the forum is to become serious this is also a polite warning that any illegal offroading will definatly not be tolerated anymore. I WILL swing the Ban Hammer on people abusing what little offroading we have left.
