Book Malta, step away from the truck. I have a new 15kg roll of MIG wire needing used and loads of spare weekends.

I think MRA1 looks most likely what it is.

Assuming it's for sall and I get it; restore it as best I can externally but with modern running gear

Comparing that it might actually be the same. Very similar to the 1 ton. Probably need to see in the flesh to get a proper idea of size.
Andy will need to research tomorrow

Don't leave without a decision on that truck and letting me know please mate.
I hope it turns out to be the smaller model like the black one above.

I do but that would make a great first project.

The 'bump' in the middle, above the grille, is different?

Apparently the Austin 301 is the same as or similar to the Morris LC5

If it's for sale, I'll find out exactly what it is tomorrow.

This would make a good build thread if one of us gets it

I'm getting a bit carried away, so I'm off to bed.

One thing that I have noticed about this truck, is that the doors are shorter than all the other examples that people have submitted. Have they been cut down? Possibly, looking at it's short and relatively light weight chassis, could it have been something like a half tonner?.....

P.S. was there not a similar vehicle featured regularly in the tv show "Heartbeat"?............
