ive just fitted some 5 led side light bulbs in the surf

holy moly what a difference , its now a nice bright sidelight instead of a dull orangey sort of glow
definately a cheap mod worth doing as they were £2.50 the pair delivered

Hids on the sh1tty non-clear lenses are no good. So it'll be some of Halford's finest whitey-whites, 'cos at the moment it looks like a cheese sandwich (of sorts).

Erm.... A hamster lighting his farts inside a fish bowl is brighter than standard surf headlights.

I wouldn't say they are much much brighter , but they are a crisper ,cleaner light. I'll try and take some pics tonight

I stuck the fancy Roughtrax upgrade headlight bulbs in not long ago. Can't say I noticed any great difference.

Fortunately the nuclear fusion on the roof bar makes up for them...
