What are they worth

I am affraid I might have to sell my Surf after nearly 8 years of fantastic service. I need to get/build a camper tow my car trailer so I can sleep in comfort..lol
Its 3 litre, black, 140,000miles only thing thats not working is the speedo, has a tow bar, and runs like a watch. Usual slight rust on the bumpers.
Any ideas of the price as I have a neighbour and a chap at work interested?
