After 3 months of numerous letters and phone calls to the DVLA and having my log book returned 4 times unchanged i,ve been notified today by a lovely welsh lady that on the strengh of my letter from toyota GB they will now change vehicle type on my surf so it is now exempt from the LEZ.God that was hard work.One for the little man against the machine

I had no problem changing the body type, guess I was lucky.

It would be helpful to others if you put a copy of the letter from Toyota, so others can use.
