What are you brewing for Christmas?

I'm starting these tomorrow. Bit late, but the supplier took nearly 3 weeks to deliver due to courier problems.

I'll be hitting Costco for 2 litres of Jack Daniels....brewing, in my limited experience, has only ever ended in bad guts and (eventually) tears!

Is that tears or tears? If it's tears then your guts must be pretty bad (and will probably bring tears to your eyes!)

Looks like a nice stout,have'nt made my mind up as to the next brew, just comeing to the end of the "great eastern", (out the keg, i still have some bottles )
