  • Is TOYOTA still making 4Runner/Surf?

Wikipedia says production of Surfs and 4Runners have been discontiued and TOYOTA is making similar types with the name "Fortuner". But this morning on my way to school, I saw this nice looking 4Runner SR5. It looked a bit like the new Prado. But its no where like the old 4Runner.

        Thats not bad really for a 4.0l V6, in a 2200kg truck.

they fitted a V6? Thought it was a V8, just like the seqouia or land cruiser. Looks great. It would have been even greater if it had SURF on it.

I have read the Surf was dropped a year or so ago in Japan. The US 4Runner seems to be the only version left, so you might not get a RHD Surf anymore.
