wouldn't have thought so,, apart from the safety aspect like kids getting their heads and fingers caught in it the auto switch inside the drivers door master unit is totally different to the passenger ones (in the same master switch,
the auto works on bi-metal contacts so when the window reaches it maximum travel the bi-metal heats and breakes the contact cutting the power,
these window switches are a right pain, all my passenger door switches and some in the master are hit and miss wether they'll work or not, it just due to arcing burn, they need stripping and cleaning
Hate them....I want hand winding windows....the auto drivers window drove me nuts on my holiday...getting it to stop where I wanted it was frustrating..
