I was planning on getting the roughtrax monroe lift kit... but then I saw these
Old news, I told everyone a couple of days ago Roughtrax are now Rancho dealers.
Have you asked if Barry will supply the coils, they come from a different supplier.
He told be today they have +4" 2nd Gen Rancho shocks coming
Hmm... I shall ask about that then. Don't suppose you'd happen to want to fit it would you Tony ? My DIY jobs tend to end in disaster, which in the case of changing the coils could well end up with me minus a head!
Slobby, its hard to get many brands, I generally fit what people can get. Procomp were great value, and could get any size you needed, but do wear out if used hard, the old Rancho's I've seen already fitted to trucks all looked good apart from lower bushes wearing on the fronts. I do like the in-cab adjustable Ranchos.
They are better than Monroe (my favorite of all the 'budget brands', Desert Fox, etc. Not sure how they stack against TJM, but the TJM's are far more expensive than any others by quite a bit and I've not fitted any TJM's for about 3 years.
I have +4" Superlift shocks on my 2nd Gen, they are still working fine after 5 years or so, but again the front lower bushes are screwed.

I'm sure you have more experience than me Toni, Superlift have a good rep.
But OME are easily the best I've used.
But yeah, use what you can get hold of easily, I know that tune well.
I've never seen a set of OME shocks on a Yota in the flesh, but have used their torsion bars recently on a Surf that came with a 2" lift kit from Roughtrax and they fitted nice and rode smooth.
Someone needs to import some.
