I have 265 70 16 tyres on my surf and would like to go bigger

I have a tyre place near me that does second hand

What the biggest b f goodrich i can run? or is there another make that's good?

Are they near 33"?

my truck has a lift on it and can take bigger tyres

there's room with the existing ones
