Contact the guy, tell him you are part of a Toyota forum and want to trial the thing (for free) and look forward to giving it a good write up where there are, potentially, hundreds of customers.
Get it, fit it, test it, let us know.

Be careful doing that, you must leave your tank cap off as you will be making 10% extra fuel.
