Nae worries, it's almost done. Waiting for my blanking plates being cut, the washer from Tony and a couple of seals from Toyota. Won't be doing anything over the weekend, I'm on nights.
Oh, I broke a vacuum pipe, so need to make a new one up.

Ideal mate. I assume you will now use the v8 for that long planned pick up project
I found a '79 BJ40 in Southern Ireland. It's just over £1k but it's stripped, so would be a nightmare to check over and/or transport.
I would love to see you get one, would be a cracking project to undertake.
I have a feeling it might not see much mud when finished thou. Even I could not do that to a restored 40.
Aye, or maybe a 40 if I can find one at a decent price.
Sorry to but in, Andy, but if you do break the LS, could you give me "Dibs" on the O/S rear passenger door window motor?...............And hurry, because my rear window needs a lot of assistance. (Permanent palm mark on the glass) ............Cheers......Mick.

If I do anything, it won't be for a while. I'm notoriously slow at doing stuff. If you're struggling for a motor, I can get you one on Tuesday or Friday next week.
