Been back upto the garage again this morning, said that code that came up was '12'. We are going to try putting the old pump back on to see what happens, but I'm ordering a set of seals from Roughtax so that they can be fitted first. Would I be right in saying that all the seals can be replaced without too much trouble exept the one on the distribution head at the back of the pump. Is this the one that would require the pump to be recalibrated.

Seals arrived this morning, guy at the garage has my old pump stripped down for new seals to go on. So with a bit of luck by monday I should know is the used pump I bought is duff or not and fingers crossed' no more fuel leak'.

Got the truck back on Tuesday evening. Old pump re-sealed and re-fitted. Running great again, and from what I have used her so far this week doing
20+ mpg again. Looks as though the used pump I got was at fault afterall. But thanks guys for all the advice and ideas.
