When I bought mine, the same dealer had a 2.7 in which had cosmetic front end crash damage which had been poorly DIY repaired. He only wanted £1700 for it. Bit of a bargain!

I certanly think another surf will be on the cards next year (providing this one keeps going). Not sure about a 3rd gen (looks a bit "nice").
If cash was no problem it would have to be a LexSurf, but not very practical for our everyday use.
Look now you lot have talked me into another potential bottomless cash pit. Although there is something about deciding witch ATF cooler, temp guage or head (stevo/roughtrax) to buy, or who will be the first to source a upvc double glazed, tilt and turn rear window thus doing away with the motor.
