winch advise

hey guys, im liking the idea of having a winch and a front winch bumper.
where should i be looking for a bumper and winch?
had a quick look on ebay at winches but dont really know what to look for

had alook and found lots of thread about people fitting them, and a couple of guys making them, but didnt come up with anything on winch info, i might not be typing in the right thing or something so some advice would be good.

Champion winches good vfm ,if you are not using it every day these are ideal ,have one on my recovery truck for the last 3 years never failed can pull a surf up with the handbrake on, if you do a lot of swimming isolate the relays,
