Are you using them for what they were designed for or something else?

I can get hold of all kinds of runners, mainly kitchens if they would suit your needs.

Thanks guys, prob bite it and keep the ones i have, these runners are for the powered side step i'm finally getting round to makeing, this pair i have are rated at 227 kg fully extended (should support the missis ok) so much smoother than the "roller skate" berring set up i have fitted, just annoying to find em on ebay just when i gave up with ebay and ordered direct,
now i have to save up for stainless steel angle, channel, flat bar etc etc, going to try the scrapyards round ere!

Saw a woman get out of a vw transporter the other week she had one of these on a bit of rope.

She lowered it down and then climbed out, pulled it up and chucked it on the seat....

On returning to her van she popped it on the floor, climbed in then pulled it back up,
folded it away and drove off....... ####ed me self laughing at the simplicity.....

              Remember arrows are silent.....................
Don't forget to tell everyone its indestructable as seen on top gear.......

I loaded it from the iPhone, I best get rid of it in case it causes someone a problem.

                Cheers.
