    Concrete Circus

    Amazing programme on channel 4 this evening (on +1 at the moment).

    The talent & athleticism of these guys is incredible.

    I had a go at BMX flatlanding about 15+ years ago (although I remember it being called freestyle or street BMX or something at the time) and it was amazing. I'd love to give it another go sometime...

    Unfortunately the programme isn't available on 4OD but I'm sure you could find it on a bit torrent somewhere if you look hard enough.

    I was into flatlanding post uni - great fun! Lots of practice and lots of ending up in a heap on the floor

    Can remember watching Matt Hoffman at a BMX show in Telford too. The height he got on the half-pipe was unreal!

      Only caught the short films at the end.....
      The free runner that just dove of the roof blind and rolled onto the next roof well it made ya go giddy just watching it......
      As for setting fire to thier kaks that was great bit of film work....
      The scots kid on the mountain bike was freekin mad, but then apache has shown us him before (if i remember right).....
      The skate board guy looked like he was only just making it and was
      way wobbly to what I've seen before, imho he not that good....
      Didn't really watch the bmx guy was making toast and coffee.....

        I have it recorded, it is superb, the camera work is cool too, the guy on a skateboard with a steadicam.. nice

              Yeah - I saw that a few weeks ago. How you work up to that is beyond me. Wonder how many hours it took in the foam pit to get there!
