  • Will they fit?

Hopefully I will be getting some new 33" tyre`s and wheels in the next week, very excited

This is not however the standard will they fit the truck question, more due to a slight "spatial awareness" lapse on a recent laning trip I currently cant open the front doors on the surf

I`m going to have to use the family wagon Peugeot 406 estate, it`s quite a big car with the seats down but I dont want to arrive at my destination and find I cant fit all 4 in the back, has anyone any experience? Obviously I dont expect you all to drive 406 estates lol but I`m sure I`m not the first person to try this.

    All input gratefully received

I managed to get 5 in my Surf - A 406 isn't that much smaller

If it's any help I just about managed to fit 4 33s into the back of my Surf when I bought them (5th went onto spare wheel carrier). There was a fair bit of room left around them - it was more a matter of getting them into the boot in the first place that was the limiting factor.

That should give you enough info to measure up your boot space.

Thanks for the replys gents, the 406 load space is not that much smaller than the surf I think its just roof height that it`s lacking.

Did you manage to get them in laid flat or did you have to stand them up? That could be the drawback as I dont think they would stand upright in the back.

4 should go flat easy enough - 2x2 - as long as your boot is 66" long and 25" high! I like maths me!

Well 4 M3 19s fit - without even folding down the back seat.
            More Lift.
            More Tyres.
            More Engine.
