I know this question is a bit lazy but does anyone know what the wheel base of the 2nd gen is in inches? I'm at work so can't measure it at the moment? Thanks

Wheerl base size of 2nd gen is 103.3 inches (2625 mm)

thanks for that! bugger it was for applying for a permit to drive a green lane in the lakes they have said now 4x4s have to have a WB of less than 100 inches ! might have to lie!

They may actually have a pretty good reason for putting that limit in place (although it does sound like a figure they just plucked out of the air). You might as well find another green lane to use - there shouldn't exactly be a lack of them.

I'm also pretty certain that a few of the other forum members will be along shortly to criticise the fact that you have put this on a public forum, thus reinforcing the bobble-hat brigade in their battle against anything with an engine...
