It's just a bit of bling that can look nice wrapped around your externally mounted spare wheel. Nothing wrong with that.

The only practical use I can think of is that it'll protect the spare from the effects of sunlight.

Does anyone do wheel covers to fit 33s? I've never seen them anywhere when I've been browsing for truck related gubbins...
