I've just noticed that the centre vents (above the cup holder) are single DIN sized. Did Toyota ever stick anything, bar vents, into this handy sized space?

always been heater vents as far as i know - i looked on the int for a panel to fit there for gauges but ended up making one.
its slightly bigger than a din panel so now't fits
