  • Help!

I've tried searching the forum without any luck so I thought I'd put the shout out to see if anyone can help me...

I'm trying to find the link that was posted to some Aussie website (I think) that sold a really gimmicky engine sound simulator that either sent out an FM signal to the car stereo or was connected via a cable. It registered the engine revs and simulated a V8 or V12 or whatever you fancied.

I'm thinking about getting it as a jokey present for my petrolhead father-in-law either for his birthday or christmas sometime.

Thanks in advance for your help folks!

Ah couldn't tell the breed for that bleedin V8 roaring away in the background... tell you what I'll take it off your hands and I'll give you a nice, quiet, Doberman Whinging friendly 3.0....

C'mon , you know you want to!

It's retired at the moment, in various states of disassembly.
It has three 6" alloys with 235 tyres and one 8" alloy with a 33" mud tyre. A yellow wing, a pair of molegrips pinching the flexy brake line on the o/s/f/ because I had to 'borrow' the hard line to fix a 4Runner's that had split, no dash, but it starts and runs.

Hopefully it will all be done ready for the Jap 'n' Jeep show next year.
