Surfs in Bedford

    Surfs in Bedford

    Come on people..... there MUST be more than us on here from Bedford !!

    Today I have seen 4.... yes 4 Surfs parked in driveways around Bedford !

    So where are they ??

    They are getting more popular though
    Was on duty at the beginning of September in Stoke on Trent and saw 4 Surf's in a traffic queue and there is still no on else from the potteries on thiis site!!

    I think what is needed is some flyers for under wipers etc
    NO WORRIES!

      There was a survey / post about this once... I volunteered to do something..... then the post vanished

      There's another post appeared recently on this subject - who knows !

        Have a look at the "Important Look at this" post, there is a VERY good contact card on there made up by "RobD"
        (sorry missed out the D 1st time around )

        Suggested to koi that it put under a "Sticky" at the top of General so that anyone can copy it and print it off?
        What do you think?
        Any suggestions on it?

            Hiya Rob..... the card looks fine - not sure how it looks on business card stationary, I may have to jig it about a bit if you don't mind.

                    Just posted a reply in the other thread , about surf's for sale.

                    But to answer your question here ....

                    I live on Kimble Drive , off Barkers lane, and travel to Henlow everyday and see a couple on my journey to and from work.

                    I think they are getting popular because of the importers like Marston Auto's + plus the spec sold it to me. I was looking at Frontera as a cheap 4x4 , but when I saw the interior and took it for a drive , I decided it would not keep me happy ! ( I had to sell my Honda Prelude 2.2Vtec with all the toys ! due to wife having first baby in June ) SO i was looking for something with Aircon at least ! Where else can you get a 4x4 for £5G+ ish with Aircon and other toys ?


                    Prehaps start a Bedford Surf owners club , they are becoming that popular !

                    Should see you on 12th .. Just persuading the other half that nothing will break !

                        I spotted a Burgandy Surf with Red glowing water squirter thingy's this morning about 8AM getting onto the Bedford Bypass , heading for Kempston.

                        Was this anyone here ??
