Woohoo. Here I go on the insurance merry-go-round again.

So far nothing is coming close to my renewal premium of £450 with LV. Best other quote was about £700 with Admiral.

Luckily the insurance doesn't expire for another couple of weeks so I've got tons of time to do a bit of chasing around to see if I can find anything better. I really don't expect to find a better quote (given past experience LV seem to be almost half the price of other insurers) but it never hurts to try.

It's pretty random. Just keep hitting the comparison websites till the blink and start giving you sensible quotes. Mine dropped by about 200 quid a week before the renewal date..

just did mine with adrian flux , tpft , full no claims on a 3.0l.
£220 plus admin charge (£20 i think)
