True, but it'll get to the POINT when the drivers will be there just to steer the cars and not drive them. Play Station 8?

I'm witch Apache, F1 is all about the tech. It needs to push the limits, tech comes and goes as it impacts on the sport, there's no ABS, making them play with tyres, going whole race without refueling...

There are other forms or grass roots low tech racing, I wouldn't want to take spaceage tech out.

Seriously, if you think the driver does nothing in F1 your doing them a harsh disservice, they work just as hard as any TT rider or Touring Car driver, its just a different arena with different challenges.

If I want bravery I watch bikes, if I want action I watch Touring cars, if I want pin point precision and the fastest you can physically make a car go I watch F1.

Variety, its what makes life interesting.

As they have developed special tyres and aerodynamics for rain, is it beyond the wits of man to develop a windscreen and wiper for use on days like that?
          it's in me shed, mate.

Slightly off topic... did everyone see the marshal that fell over twice while trying to clear the track of debris and then almost got run over twice as well, if not HERE is a link to the video.

Ye what a tool, lucky not to get run over.
If its not broke don't fix it.

Here's one from Japan - this marshal was lucky not to get sliced in two!
