AS NOT DOING MY MARRIAGE ANY GOOD

does any one know what size this nut is in the pic and which way it tightens and what size o ring is required and can i just take the "bolt" out without disturbing other seals WILL TRY NIPPING IT UP FIRST

spent way to muc money getting the pump reconditioned a few year back and fear this may be the final straw as cant afford these maintenance bills in this climate

You have to remove the top plate (and replace that seal as well) to do the speed sensor o ring, as it's on the inside.

Yeah, you need to get those o-rings seperately. I think the repair kit is only available for a non-efi pump, which dosn't have a speed sensor.

Steve, it shouldn't still leak, I need to fix it for you if its not right. Maybe put the wrong size o-ring on, or pinched it refitting it, what ever its no big deal to put right.

Like Nev said, you undo the nut (its has locking tab), remove the lid, pull connector back through the lid and you can then change the o-ring.

Have you done the gearbox fault codes yet?

I doubt you'll be that lucky, the leaky o-ring shouldn't really have that much to do with gearbox slipping.
