I can recommend City Powder Coaters in Birmingham.

They don't refurb as such, but they drop the wheels in acid to strip them and then powder coat them.

Horrible jazzy noisy website – but they do a good job,

£20 per wheel, +5 if they need to take the tyres off.


But, it's your problem to deliver the wheels to them, to sort out spare wheels or storage if yours has no wheels and so on.
