    3000 miles aint far, i`ve done 800 in the past 3 days, ran out of veg oil and had to pay £1.49 a litre at a services by gretna. Dick turpin has changed his name to esso.

      Hi its all down to your postcode, l paid £904 last year on my traders policy fully comp never claimed in 25 years untill last november when my wifes Surf was set on fire. My renewal is in at £2699 l have rang round countless companies and have got it down to £1254 which is not bad at all.

        My area on that police 'how dodgy is your neighbourhood' website shows 4 crimes in 5 years. No thefts. (touch wood). so why am I being bent over this year?

              Just got an insurance quote from Admiral £314.38 Comprehensive with all the usual, protected no claims, courtesy car, windscreen, etc.
              Last year paid £416.19 with Post Office for the same cover.
              Due mid June but at the moment looks like Admiral will get my money this year.
