My renewal with flux is due and I phoned them up with a query on my quote. I mentioned that I was a registered member of this forum who they sponsor, and had read about members getting asked by them for photos of there vehicles, and they said I could have get a discount on my renewal for being a member. When I received my revised discounted renewal quote they request I send a copy of my "club card" or "membership number. Have they got the wrong end of the stick on this discount offer? Should I phone them and tell them that this is an owners forum and not a "CLUB". If flux sponsors this forum then surly they know what this is they are supporting.

Just got a first time quote off flux, never asked for photo`s or anything. They did refer to the forum as a club tho but i didn`t push them on it and they never asked for proof of being part of the "club"

I put down the forum address as the members club (www.hiluxsurf.co.uk) the person I spoke to seemed to know about us here and was happy with that.
Guess it comes down to who you get on the end of the phone.

Everyone has a membership number!
I had this on Pistonheads aswell...
Same result.
Hover over your name, where it is underlined and look on the taskbar (below) you'll see the page info such as ....hiluxsurf.co.uk/member.php?u=27419 in my case. Use your own number if they ask for it!
BTW yours is 30094
