I'm now 35 and am thinking of buying a caravan

What do I need to know about towing with my surf?

I don't know the approved towing weight/ towbar nose weight of the surf is etc - any idea's

Will think about fitting an ATF cooler (I haven't actually got a tow bar yet!)

What other advice can anybody give me about towing with my truck?

Dont worry about it. I`m 51 in may and i`m not middle aged yet. The oldest man was 113 so i`ve still got 5 years left

yeah make sure its got wheels ,will tow easier ,and a door on it will b best as makes entry n exit easier lol

Adapt your auto box so you can 'lockup' at a lower speed.
Buy a wig.
Get your house pebbledashed.

Oh, and some wing mirrors on sticks.
And loads of chemicals to clean up your poo.
And a clamp to stop pikeys from nicking it. (caravan, not your poo)

1. Tranny cooler...this will cool your tranny. It's hard work pulling a van, wearing your wife's pants.

2. Auto lock up. This is essential. It will automatically lock up your tranny. Probably because those wife's trollies he is wearing, he stole them.


3. Brown polyester trousers. These need to be worn at all times...except..

When you are wearing polyester short and 70's shorts. These must be worn with shoes, socks and a brown polyester tie.

4. Get a 3.0 litre.
This will decrease the chances of you spending your holiday on the hard shoulder.
