Does anyone have a contract with o2? If so, have you noticed that since yesterday, 3G speeds are lightning quick all of a sudden?

Was in the budget.

3G speeds up at the expense of increased barrel cost of oil. They're hoping 'angry birds' is a good trade off. For the usual baseball hatted, pram pushing smartphone owner - it is!

Now you mention it it was fast today when i was brousing but i just thought it was throwing a paddy.

I heard that o2 have done something to massively increase the speed of 3G around London, but not anywhere else yet. Maybe it's freed stuff up for people using 'normal' 3G not in London?

Most likely they will have increased the capacity and given Londoners the same speeds the rest of the country has been enjoying for years.
