  • Tramadol & Diazepam....

If i'm talking more bollox than normal it'll be cos I'm stuffing these like smarties!!!
Put my back out yesterday and now cant move well enough to get out of bed!!
(took me over an hour in agony this morning to crawl to the bog!)

looks like painting my wheels has been delayed, but on the plus side the tyres seem great!!

Diazepam. I had a load of that a couple of hours before I had the snip years ago. The missus drove me to the clinic and I promptly fell over the kerb in the carpark, then fell up the stairs in the clinic.

I cared not a jot when doc was fiddling with my man-vegetables, and inviting student nurses to have a fiddle also! Didn't feel a thing during the op, and had testes like a horse for a few days.

Fully recommended for those adequately sprogged!

                        Diazepam rules!

Make sure you look after your back! Have had a bad time with mine, a serious op a couple of years ago. Still suffer but it's much better. One of the most important things is exercise. Laying still is crap. I had a series of core muscle exercises to do and it worked a treat. I cheat a bit now as I bought a "slendertone" abdominal muscle belt. Tell you what, it works a treat. Keeping the 6 pack in trim also keeps the back in shape!
