Hi Vince
I don't know whether you remember I bought Turbo for my Son's Surf some weeks back but only now got round to fitting it. Just looking for Advice My Son has fitted Turbo but does not appear to function.No Turbo light showing and car still seems sluggish,think I've got Oil Leak don't know from where could have dislodged something while fitting Turbo. Any Advice or help Please

Is the turbo presure sensor connected? It's bolted to the side of the air filter housing and has a small diameter rubber vacuum pipe coming from it.
The oil leak could be a loose fitting at the turbo oil feed pipes which would have been disturbed when fitting the turbo.

Ok cheers for that will have a look tomorrow would the oil be stone cold coming from a feed because it is on the surf

It will eventually be the same temp as the oil in the engine. It will be cold for the first five minutes or so of the engine running.
