How is this IFS so high?

Can someone tell me what is used here? And can anyone hazard a guess at what tyres are used? They are my rims but could be 16's but they only make that rim in 10" wide which I also have but the tyres are way bigger than my 33 x 12.5s

Looks like a bracket lift, I think there are 6" bracket kits on the market.

The 'credits' at the end list a 6" susp. lift and 35" x 15.5" tyres.
