  • Blew it up for the 3rd time

    First time it blew was down to going through a puddle too fast, second time was cos i made the fatal mistake of washing it, today it was down to a slight timing error between taking the hanbrake off and putting my foot on the throttle on a slight incline. each time the computer that runs it has melted. Aparrently they are over a grand each
    Got to use the spare on monday and thats slower than

            So, stressing the engine has blown your ECU? How has this happened? I think you have just been unlucky, the ECU is in the passenger footwell. Also if it has blown three times may be there is an underlying problem causing this?


            I could of course be miles off. Your initial post is like the Sunday morning crossword. I like it.
